Requirements

• BSc/Ba in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MSc, MBA, or CPA is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in a customer-facing role within a regulated (Swiss) financial institution.
• Experience in onboarding clients (individuals and legal entities) as well as familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and ADGM rules.
• Proven consultative approach and analytical skills, combined with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a practical mindset.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of the crypto market.
• Having an existing network within the local blockchain ecosystem is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
