Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

You are a motivated, exceptional professor in the field of financial services who is passionate about supporting key initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience handling a high volume of inquiries and are always committed to providing outstanding support.What you will do
Your responsibilities include:- Prospecting for strategic high-net-worth clients for EFG Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd and its custodians within the respective region
- Management of client relationships with a focus on investment advice, investment management, and discretionary services
- Processing of securities trading orders and assessment of suitability
- Ensuring that the scorecard is at 100%
- Ensuring adequate funding to cover customer account activity
- Analysis of portfolio positions, investment maturities, dividend payments, coupon receipts, and processing of corporate actions
- Maintaining the integrity of posted customer transactions, ensuring accurate credit balances, and covering overdrafts
- Continuously monitor customer accounts and related investment and transaction activity to ensure compliance with the unit’s compliance requirements and the department’s general guidelines
- Interact with customers to address their investment needs, identify complaints, and escalate them to management when necessary
- Face-to-face meetings with customers in the assigned region
- Tracking the performance of client portfolios
- Preparing forecasts for new business and tracking the progress of the current sales pipeline
What you need
You will need:- Management of a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with total assets exceeding $25 million
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Registration with the Securities Commission of the Bahamas, Canadian registration, or similar registration is required
- Solid understanding of investment products, financial market fundamentals, and account management
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in private banking, brokerage, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to compliance
