Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Tasks

  • Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with clients to meet their financial needs and objectives
  • Proactive advice and consultation with clients, explanation of available financial services, education on investment opportunities and potential risks, and recommendation of investments
  • Capture and develop profitable client relationships and acquire new assets for the Bank to grow and improve the business and deliver the Bank's value proposition to clients and prospects
  • Monitoring economic, political and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
  • Cross-selling of other EFGI products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring the proper execution of client instructions by the Client Services Officers (CSOs) in accordance with internal procedures

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as a private banker
  • Good knowledge of compliance, AML issues and cross-border regulations
  • Good knowledge of financial products
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Completed CACS paper 1 and 2
