Client Relationship Officer

Tasks

• Risk Management and Compliance: Compliance with laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies, and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders.
• Timely mitigation of risks and resolution of problems, including collaboration with all relevant stakeholder functions and the establishment of effective controls.
• Presenting the bank and its banking services to potential customers.
• Supporting the business objective set by management.
• Marketing and providing private banking services to clients, including banking services, investment services, wealth planning, and trust services.
• Conducting KYC/AML due diligence checks on customers in accordance with the bank’s general policy during the account opening process and as part of regular reviews.
• Conducting investment risk assessments with clients when they open accounts, as well as conducting regular reviews to ensure that clients are receiving appropriate investment products.
• Communicating and coordinating with the bank’s investment units, such as the Treasury Department, EFG Asset Management, and the Global Product Unit, to provide product information and market reports to clients.
• Monitoring customer portfolios and accounts to ensure they comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Preparation and maintenance of proper records, including account documentation, CIP records, loan applications, and relevant documents, as well as trade transactions and call reports.
• Responsible and effective management of business expenses.

Requirements

• Licenses: Type 1 and Type 4.
• Certificate: CPWP.
• A university degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications such as the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) are a plus.
