Client Reporting Analyst
The Client Reporting Analyst supports the team in automating and modernizing marketing materials and fact sheets and works closely with various departments to ensure efficient processes. An international opportunity to join the Client Reporting team and take on a hands-on role in automating and modernizing the production of marketing materials and fact sheets. The role involves working with new automation tools and technologies, with a focus on ensuring that all processes are up-to-date and efficient. You will assist in managing the production and distribution of marketing materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain experience in the asset management industry, develop technical skills, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.Responsibilities
- Automation and production of fund and strategy marketing presentations, primarily using Sonic software, in close collaboration with the Investment Solutions team
- Developing infrastructure to enhance automation and the development of client reporting tools
- Proactively learning and applying new automation tools, programming languages, and technologies as the team continues to evolve its technology stack
- Responsibility for the production and distribution of fact sheets to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Support in developing marketing materials, including asset presentations, PIDs, company brochures, thought leadership content, and marketing materials
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of new or revised regulatory requirements, as applicable
- Support with the development and implementation of product launches, as needed
- Building effective working relationships across the entire company, including with portfolio managers, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations
- Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to solve customer and product marketing challenges
Skills and experience
Technical
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) or a demonstrable willingness and ability to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with automation tools and data processing is a plus, but not essential
Industry expertise
- Some experience in the financial services or asset management industry is desirable but not essential for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of alternative investments
- A strong interest in financial markets, performance measurement, and the asset management/hedge fund industry
- Ability to quickly learn strategies, markets, statistics, and legal and compliance frameworks
