Client Service Analyst

Job description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows.
• Create executive-level presentations and visual summaries of data.
• Document data sources, logic, and dashboard structures for transparency and training.
• Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
• Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialist and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Strong command of SQL and Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros).
• Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus.
• Portuguese

Preferred qualifications

• SEI and Series7 Licenses
• Experience in client service or financial services environments.
• Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics relevant to operational and client-facing teams.
