Tasks

• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends, anomalies and potential for improvement.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Automation of recurring reports and optimization of data workflows.
• Creation of high-level presentations and visual summaries of data.
• Documentation of data sources, logic and dashboard structures for transparency and training.
• Assist bankers and investors in executing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, computer science or a related field.
• Mastery of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas and macros).
• Familiarity with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) is an advantage.
• Portuguese

Preferred qualifications

• SEI and Series 7 licenses
• Experience in customer or financial services environments.
• Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics relevant to operational and customer facing teams.
