As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio and supporting demanding affluent clients with complex requests. You will use innovative tools and video technology to create the best possible customer experience.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for a customer portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our customers feel they are receiving the best possible support
  • You focus fully on customer needs throughout the entire life cycle
  • You support our clients with complex requests, such as mortgage extensions
  • You use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience

Our team

You will work in Remote Advisory & Sales, which will grow steadily over the next few years. Hierarchies are flat at UBS, which means the hierarchies are short. You have the opportunity to actively develop yourself.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Sound understanding and expertise in the areas of finance, investments and pensions
  • Hands-on mentality, team player and curious to further develop our remote technology
  • Efficient and structured way of working and high service orientation
  • Routine in the efficient use of IT and tools
  • Fluency in German and negotiating skills in another national language such as French or Italian are desirable. Fluency in English is also an advantage
  • Willingness to develop into a leadership role
