Client Service Associate (Portuguese)
The role of Client Service Associate (Portuguese) involves assisting bankers and investors in managing client relationships and handling client inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate has 5 years of industry experience, a Series 7 license, and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Tasks
- Assisting bankers and investors in implementing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client bases.
- Researching, tracking, and resolving customer inquiries and issues through effective interaction with customers, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Active participation in the team, providing support in the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process reviews.
- Assistance with the execution of customer transactions, including, but not limited to, trading, transfers, remittances, loans, and investments.
Requirements
- Series 7 license
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of industry experience
- Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Compliance with the principles, laws, rules, and regulations related to anti-money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as Itaú’s relevant policies and procedures
