The Client Service Associate (Portuguese) position is a full-time, hybrid role based in Florida.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Assisting bankers and investors in implementing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client bases.
- Researching, tracking, and resolving customer inquiries and issues through effective interaction with customers, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Active participation in the team; assisting with the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control audits.
- Support in the execution of customer transactions, including, but not limited to, trading, transfers, remittances, loans, and investments.
Requirements
The requirements for this position are:- Series 7 license
- A bachelor's degree is required
- 5 years of industry experience
- Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Compliance with principles, laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to anti-money laundering and banking secrecy, as well as Itau's relevant policies and procedures.
