Client Service Associate (Portuguese)

The role of Client Service Associate (Portuguese) involves assisting bankers and investors in maintaining client relationships, as well as handling client inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate has 5 years of industry experience, a Series 7 license, and is fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Job Details

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model in Florida.

Responsibilities

The tasks include:
  • Assisting bankers and investors with various aspects of their relationship management initiatives with their respective client bases.
  • Researching, tracking, and resolving customer inquiries and issues through effective interaction with customers, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Active participation in the team, providing support in the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control audits.
  • Assistance with the execution of customer transactions, including, but not limited to, trading, transfers, remittances, loans, and investments.

Qualifications

The requirements are:
  • Series 7 license
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
  • Compliance with the principles, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to anti-money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as the relevant policies and procedures.
