Client Service Associate (Spanish Speaker)
The Client Service Associate assists bankers and investors in managing their client relationships and handles client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. The position requires, among other things, a Series 7 license, a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of industry experience, and fluency in Spanish.
Job Details
Support bankers and investors in executing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base. Research, track, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational areas in a timely and professional manner. Actively participate in the team, assist in the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Assist in the execution of client transactions, including but not limited to trading, transfer, remittance, credit, and investment.Requirements
- Series 7 license
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of industry experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
