Client Service Associate (Spanish Speaker)

The Client Service Associate (with Spanish language skills) assists bankers and investors in maintaining client relationships and handles inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. The position requires, among other things, a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of industry experience, and a Series 7 license.

Job Details

Support bankers and investors in executing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client bases. Research, track, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner. Actively participate in the team, assist in conducting and completing operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Assist in executing client transactions, including but not limited to trades, transfers, wire transfers, loans, and investments.

Requirements

  • Series 7 license
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Independent, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

Compliance

Compliance with principles, laws, rules, and regulations relating to money laundering and banking secrecy, as well as relevant policies and procedures.
