* Assist bankers and investors with various aspects of the relationship management initiative regarding their respective client bases. * Research, track, and resolve client inquiries and issues by interacting effectively with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner. * Actively support the team in executing and completing operational, regulatory compliance, and business process controls. * Assist in the execution of client transactions, including but not limited to trading, transfers, remittances, loans, and investments.Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish is required * Series 7 license * Bachelor’s degree required * 5 years of industry experience * Exceptional follow-up and tracking skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to accuracy * Compliance with principles, laws, rules, and regulations related to money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as Itau’s corresponding policies and proceduresJob details
