Client Service Associate (Spanish Speaker)

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Assisting bankers and investors with various aspects of their relationship management initiatives with their respective client bases.
  • Researching, tracking, and resolving customer inquiries and issues through effective interaction with customers, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Active participation in the team, providing support in the execution and completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process reviews.
  • Assistance with the execution of customer transactions, including, but not limited to, trading, transfers, remittances, loans, and investments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Series 7 license
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Compliance with the principles, laws, rules, and regulations related to anti-money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as Itaú’s relevant policies and procedures
