Client Service Associate

Job Details

Support bankers and investors in implementing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client bases. Research, track, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operational departments in a timely and professional manner. Actively support the team in executing and completing operational, regulatory compliance, and business process controls. Assist in the execution of client transactions, including, but not limited to, trades, transfers, wire transfers, loans, and investments.

Requirements

• Series 7 license
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent tracking and tracing capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy

Compliance

Compliance with the principles, laws, rules, and regulations relating to money laundering and bank secrecy, as well as the relevant policies and procedures.
