Tasks

• Supporting bankers and investors in implementing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client bases.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists and operations in a timely and professional manner.
• Active contribution to the team, support in execution, completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process controls.
• Support in executing customer transactions, including but not limited to:
  • trades
  • bank transfers
  • Wire transfers
  • loan
  • investments

Requirements

• Series 7 License
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent tracking and perseverance skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

Compliance

• Compliance with anti-money laundering and banking secrecy legislation and related principles, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Compliance with Itau's related policies and procedures.
