- Assist Front Office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
- Conduct independent verification with private clients
- Perform 1st level check and review on client's instruction and documentations
- Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
- Handling general administration duties within the team
Requirements
Personal requirements
- Eager to learn and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines
- Be a good team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, multitasking and able to work under pressure
Professional and technical requirements
- Diploma/Degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline
- Working experience in private banking industry is preferable
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel
