The Client Service Network Officer position at Julius Baer in Hong Kong supports the front office in operational matters and ensures the smooth processing of client instructions and documents. The incumbent will work closely with the front office and operations department to handle client queries and resolve operational issues.

Tasks

  • Assist Front Office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
  • Conduct independent verification with private clients
  • Perform 1st level check and review on client's instruction and documentations
  • Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Handling general administration duties within the team

Requirements

Personal requirements

  • Eager to learn and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines
  • Be a good team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, multitasking and able to work under pressure

Professional and technical requirements

  • Diploma/Degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline
  • Working experience in private banking industry is preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel
