missions
As part of the Europe & Switzerland team within our Wealth Management Division, you will support Relationship Managers in the administrative and operational management of client portfolios and will be responsible, in particular, for:- Provide customers with excellent service by following instructions regarding stock trading, foreign exchange, investments, or transfers in accordance with the bank’s procedures and compliance rules
- Monitor regulatory developments, prepare and draft legal documents, and update documentation and independent call-backs
- Establish connections between the client and the operational departments for brokerage, wealth management, and credit
- Manage administrative processes and credit files, track payment schedules, and ensure that transactions are carried out correctly
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge of fixed-term contracts, the Bank Act, short-term financing, EAM, (and FATCA), and financial products
- Minimum experience level: 6–10 years
