Client Service Officer

The Client Service Officer is responsible for providing administrative and commercial support to the team in Marseille and handles tasks such as managing client accounts, processing documents, and communicating with clients. The position requires at least 3–5 years of experience in banking and a solid understanding of financial and banking operations.

mission

The Marseille team has 11 employees and is looking for someone to help with business development. Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative and Commercial Management
  • Preparation of applications (opening accounts, verifying the validity and completeness of applications)
  • Delivery, processing of transactions (in full compliance with procedures)
  • Tracking of transactions (all types of transactions, transfers, etc.)
  • Document flow management (receipt, registration, filing, supporting documents)
  • Loans: preparing loan applications, monitoring loan payments
  • Tracking inventory counts, stock levels, and incoming shipments
  • Customer Service Hotline
  • Response to their requests (information, etc.)
  • Order Management (funds transfers, securities transfers, etc.)
  • Participation in the operation of settlement services and the flexibility of transactions
  • Assistance with the commercial and administrative management of contracts with clients and/or third parties
  • Preparation of RIVs (summary and supporting documents, commonly referred to as "recapitulations")
  • Assistance in preparing reports on overdue completed transactions

Skills

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (5 years) / Master's degree (2 years) or higher
  • Education / Specialization: Degree in wealth management (or finance more generally) (5 years of higher education)
  • Minimum experience: 3–5 years
  • Required skills:
    • Good knowledge of banking and financial operations
    • Proficiency in office software
    • Required qualifications: Attention to detail, reliability, strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work independently, organizational skills, and product knowledge
    • Fluent English
