Client Service Officer - Portugal Desk (VIE) (M/F)
The Client Service Officer - Desk Portugal (VIE) assists customers with opening accounts, manages day-to-day operations, and interacts with customers and internal teams. The position requires fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, as well as experience in banking and strong communication skills.
missions
- Prepare account opening documents, manage prospect information, and ensure that the data is entered into the designated systems.
- Prepare and monitor daily operations: accounts receivable management, wire transfers, and cash outflows.
- Monitor schedules (credits, renewals, etc.)
- Monitor document tracking and client file maintenance throughout the client relationship. In this role, you will work directly with the client and the bank's management team.
- Promote the use of digital channels in your interactions with customers.
- Manage and implement internal and external processes and regulations.
- Prepare account statements: reporting, financial proposals and summaries, preparation of product and service subscription documents, drafting of documents for signature, updating customer files, etc.
- Ensure on-call coverage for the bank's other departments (Life Insurance, Asset Management, Legal, etc.)

Requirements
- Minimum level of education: Bac +5 / M2 and above
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Previous experience in the banking sector, working on teams that interact with customers, would be an asset.
- Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
