Client Service Officer – EAM Geneva

Job description

As a Client Service Officer, you will support two Relationship Managers and become their trusted Client Service Officer. Your tasks will include supporting the Relationship Managers in their daily work, serving clients, and handling administrative and operational inquiries.

Tasks

The most important tasks are:

• Supporting relationship managers in their daily work and serving customers
• Making daily phone calls to customers and ensuring that prompt action is always taken
• Accurate and timely execution of customer instructions, processing of payments and transfers
• Opening accounts for new clients, making changes to existing accounts, and coordinating with attorneys, notaries, and other intermediaries
• Participation in bank events and coordination with internal partners
• Preparation of reports and support in the execution of investment instructions

Requirements

The following requirements are necessary for this position:

• 8+ years of experience as an assistant with solid knowledge of compliance matters and investment products
• Knowledge of EAM management in the Middle East
• Strong customer focus and commercial orientation
• Autonomous, multitasking, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Team spirit and cooperative spirit
