Client Service Officer, Paris 2 (M/F)
The Client Service Officer supports the team in Paris with administrative and commercial tasks, such as managing client accounts, handling financial transactions, and communicating with clients. The position requires a degree in finance or a related field and is open to recent graduates or experienced candidates with up to two years of professional experience.

The Paris team consists of 15 employees and is seeking a partner to support its business development efforts. Responsibilities of the Sales and Administrative Assistant:- Administrative tasks: Preparing account opening documents, monitoring the verification and approval of account openings, and ensuring that these documents are complete.
- Back-office operations: Placing stock market orders, life insurance transactions, monitoring deposit transactions, wire transfers, debits, and collections; issuing account statements; tracking check processing; and monitoring investment funds (mutual funds, SICAVs, SCIs, etc.)
- Monitoring of various investments, TFR obligations, MEA, KVC, ETD, etc.
- Customer service hotline: Handling inquiries (investments, products, account status, balances, assets, fund availability, etc.).
- Management of administrative tasks (bank transfers, securities, etc.).

- Invitation and follow-up regarding the preparation of documents for the Human Resources Department
Candidate criteria
- Minimum level of education: Bac +5 / M2 and above
- Education / Specialization: You hold a master’s degree in wealth management (or finance more generally) and are a recent graduate, or you have 5–10 years of banking experience and a master’s degree in administrative support or back-office operations
- Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
