Client Service Specialist - Geneva
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Geneva to serve as the primary point of contact for the service needs of private banking clients and to provide a seamless experience for clients across all private banking products. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a solid understanding of banking and financial products, and excellent communication and time management skills.
Tasks
A Private Banking Client Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of a private banking client. A CSS collaborates with bankers, investors, various product specialists, and mid-office and operations teams to provide our clients with a seamless and integrated experience across all private banking products. Some examples of a CSS’s daily responsibilities include:- Processing cash transactions
- Monitoring of overdrafts and cash balances
- Execution of foreign exchange transactions
- Fixed-rate loans and deposits
- Management of Corporate Actions
- Performing account maintenance (opening and closing accounts, updating addresses)
Requirements
The requirements for this position are:- Fluent in English and French
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and new technologies
- A solid understanding of deposits, banking operations, brokerage, custody, investment management, mutual funds, and credit products
- Understanding of the regulations, guidelines, and procedures that apply to these products and services
- Effective communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- A degree in economics or equivalent financial qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services and/or banking industry
Preferred qualifications
Preferred qualifications are:- Speak Italian and Spanish
