Tasks

  • Providing high-quality service for private banking clients
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information
  • Daily management of customer orders and inquiries, within specified deadlines and in accordance with existing guidelines and procedures
  • Research, track, and resolve customer inquiries and issues through effective communication with customers, bankers, investors, product specialists, operational areas, and other employees
  • Investigating potential or actual fraud situations, errors, and losses to ensure a quick and accurate resolution for the customer
  • Identification of cross-selling opportunities and escalation to bankers and product partners to advise or support customers
  • Review and maintenance of data quality in connection with internal and external customer hierarchies and account alignments
  • Participation in special projects assigned by the team leader
  • Coordinating and tracking customer inquiries for products and services

Requirements

Required qualifications, skills and knowledge

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and changing technology, and to use all available tools and resources to serve customers as efficiently as possible
  • Solid understanding of deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, asset management, investment funds, and credit products, as relevant to the respective regional business segment
  • Understanding and compliance with the guidelines, procedures, and principles that apply to these products and services
  • Effective communication, judgment, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent financial qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services and/or banking industry

Preferred qualifications, skills and knowledge

  • Knowledge of Italian and Spanish
