Client Service Specialist
LGT Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Client Service Specialist to act as the main point of contact for institutional and high net worth investors, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the investment process. The position is based in The Hague, Netherlands or Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
Job Description
LGT Capital Partners, a leading provider of alternative investments, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Associate Director to join our Investor Servicing team in The Hague, Netherlands and/or Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be part of the European Investor Servicing team, working primarily with the Business Development team in the Netherlands and the Product Management team in Switzerland, but also supporting the wider European region as required. This will include both institutional and wholesale clients across all asset classes and strategies. This role will act as a dedicated point of contact for investors and ensure that clients have a seamless experience throughout the investment lifecycle.
Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and high net worth investors, managing daily service requests and complex relationship monitoring;
- Provide proactive and responsive support for investor inquiries, including those related to reporting, legal, operations and governance;
- Work with Relationship Managers to support strategic initiatives, including fundraising efforts and market expansion;
- Manage special client requests on a project basis, coordinating across internal teams such as legal, operations, investment management and reporting;
- Drive continuous improvements in the customer experience by optimizing processes around onboarding, communication and reporting;
- Attend client meetings, both in person and virtually, and ensure that the company is represented in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by acting as a bridge between external customers and internal departments;
- Support product development efforts for Benelux business development;
- Assist in the development and expansion of the firm's wealth management service model in the Benelux, act as point of contact for high net worth client requests and coordinate with key stakeholders on structuring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in investor servicing, client relations or product management in an asset management or private markets environment;
- Excellent customer management, organization and communication skills;
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion;
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and service excellence;
- Fluent in Dutch, English; additional language skills (e.g. German and French) are a plus.
