Client Service Specialist

Tasks

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs), internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure high quality of service in day-to-day client care, onboarding, reporting and communication
  • Support of product development initiatives for the Benelux business
  • Key point of contact for institutional and high net worth investors to manage day-to-day service requirements and complex relationship needs
  • Proactive and reactive support for investor inquiries, including those related to reporting, legal, operations and administration
  • Work with Relationship Managers to support strategic initiatives, including fundraising efforts and market expansion
  • Project management of individual client requests, coordination across internal teams such as legal, operations, investment management and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvements in customer experience by optimizing processes around onboarding, communication and reporting
  • Lead or participate in client meetings, both in person and virtually, to ensure professional and competent representation of the company
  • Facilitating cross-functional alignment by acting as a bridge between external customers and internal departments
  • Support product development efforts for the Benelux region and work closely with the Head of Benelux Business Development
  • Assisting in the development and expansion of the company's wealth management service model in the Benelux region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in investor services, client relations or product management in an asset management or private markets environment
  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism and discretion
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and service excellence
