Client Service Support Specialist - Analyst

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Support Specialist as an analyst in Geneva, Switzerland, to support the Client Service team in performing daily tasks and delivering high-quality services to clients. Job Description

A Client Service Support Specialist is the primary support person for service-related operations within the Private Bank. In this role, you will support our Client Service team for all regions based in Geneva in providing high-quality service to our clients and ensure that all daily tasks are carried out smoothly within strict deadlines. Please note that this is a non-client-facing role.

Tasks

- Data entry and process initiation, primarily payment transfer entries - Accurately manage daily requirements within specified deadlines and in accordance with existing policies and procedures - Work within a team to execute daily transactions, primarily payment instructions, and collaborate and follow up with internal teams or transfer issues - Assist the team in preparing monitoring reports for daily transactions and verify and maintain data quality - Verify signatures on instructions received from customers - Participate in special projects and UAT testing for IT improvements as assigned by the team manager

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and to use all available tools and resources to provide the service as efficiently as possible
  • Understanding and compliance with the regulations, guidelines, and procedures that apply to these products and services, as well as understanding the potential financial liabilities if they are not executed properly
  • Consistently detail-oriented and results-oriented when processing large volumes
  • Team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and other team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
