Client Service Support Specialist - Analyst

Job description

A Client Service Support Specialist is the primary support person for service-related operations within the Private Bank. In this role, you will support our Client Service team for all regions based in Geneva in providing high-quality service to our clients and ensure that all daily tasks are carried out smoothly within strict deadlines. Please note that this is a non-client-facing role.

Tasks

  • Data entry and process initiation, primarily payment transfer entries
  • Accurate management of deadlines within the specified time frames and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with a team to execute daily transactions, managing payment instructions, and communicating with internal teams regarding transfer issues
  • Supporting the team in creating monitoring reports for daily transactions and reviewing and maintaining data quality
  • Verification of signatures on instructions received from customers
  • Participation in special projects and UAT testing for IT improvements assigned by the team manager

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and technology, and to use all available tools and resources to serve customers as efficiently as possible
  • Understanding and compliance with the regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to these products and services, as well as understanding the potential financial liabilities if they are not executed properly
  • Consistently detail-oriented and results-oriented when processing large volumes
  • Team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and other team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
