Client Service Support Specialist
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Service Support Specialist in Geneva to assist the Client Service team in performing daily tasks and delivering high-quality services to clients. The role includes, among other things, data processing, handling inquiries, and monitoring transactions.
Job Description
A Client Service Support Specialist is the primary support person for service-related operations within the Private Bank. In this role, you will support our Client Service team for all regions based in Geneva in providing high-quality service to our clients and ensure that all daily tasks are carried out smoothly within strict deadlines. Please note that this is a non-client-facing role.Tasks
- Data entry and process initiation, primarily payment transfer entries
- Process daily inquiries accurately, within specified timeframes, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Work as part of a team to process daily transactions, primarily payment orders, and collaborate with and follow up with internal teams regarding transfer issues
- Supporting the team in creating monitoring reports for daily transactions and reviewing and maintaining data quality
- Verification of signatures on instructions received from customers
- Participate in special projects and UAT testing for IT improvements, as assigned by the team manager
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technological environment and utilize all available tools and resources to serve customers as efficiently as possible
- Understanding and compliance with the regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to these products and services, as well as an awareness of the potential financial liabilities if they are not properly executed
- Consistently detail-oriented and results-oriented when processing large volumes
- Team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and other team members
- Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
