A Client Service Support Specialist assists the Client Service team in Geneva with fulfilling customer requirements and performing daily tasks. The position is not customer-facing and includes tasks such as data management, payment transactions, and communication with internal teams.

Tasks

  • Enter data and initiate processes, mainly payment transfer entries
  • Process daily inquiries accurately, within specified deadlines and in accordance with existing guidelines and procedures.
  • Work with a team to execute daily transactions, primarily payment instructions and trades, and follow up with internal teams on transfer issues.
  • Support the team in creating monitoring reports for daily transactions and check and maintain data quality
  • Signature verification of instructions received from customers
  • Participate in special projects and UAT testing for IT improvements as assigned by the team leader

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment and use all available tools and resources to serve customers as efficiently as possible
  • Understanding and compliance with the regulations, guidelines, and procedures that apply to these products and services, and understanding the potential financial liabilities if they are not executed properly
  • Consistently detail-oriented and results-oriented when processing high volumes
  • Team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and other team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
