Client Services Officer - Belgian Desk (M/F)

Job description

We are seeking a Client Services Officer for our Belgian Wealth Management division. As a Client Services Officer, you will support several wealth managers with the administrative and operational management of their client portfolios. In this key role, you will help maintain the bank’s reputation for excellence and serve as a vital link between internal experts, wealth managers, and our clients.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Provide operational and commercial support to wealth managers in all client-related matters.
• Ensure the daily management and monitoring of customer accounts, in strict compliance with all applicable laws and internal processes.
• Process and record banking transactions in internal systems.
• Initiate and track account opening requests and credit files, working closely with internal experts.
• Prepare various internal client reports as needed.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• At least a bachelor’s degree (Bac + 5 / M2) in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Substantial experience in a similar position, ideally in the private banking sector.
• Extensive operational experience in the financial sector and proven customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and KYC regulations.
• Dedicated, well-organized, and committed to delivering excellent service to customers.
• Results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal departments.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
