Job Description

We are building a talent pool for future Client Services Officer (CSO) positions in Geneva. As part of our talent pool, you will be considered for upcoming opportunities and can contribute to our dynamic and inclusive environment.

Focus of activities

The following tasks are expected for future CSO roles:
  • Receiving, preparing, and processing customer instructions in accordance with internal procedures (authorizations, forms, signatures, forwarding to relevant departments)
  • Management of investment instructions and corporate actions
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer files
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate as necessary
  • Act as a contact person for internal departments and as an alternative contact person for customers
  • Conducting research and preparing documentation upon request
  • Supporting the Client Relationship Officer (CRO) with delegated tasks
  • Monitoring of credit, operations, and risks in accordance with established procedures
  • Compliance with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (cross-border, AML, clear desk policy, absence management)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in private banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS)
  • Excellent language skills in English and French; other languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of standard IT systems; ability to adapt to new software
  • Service-oriented, customer-focused attitude; strong team player
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable personality
  • Open to new ideas and eager to learn
