Client Services Officer - Private Banking - Greek Speaker
A Client Services Officer (CSO) is required at EFG International in London to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling client concerns and building relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in private banking or financial services and speak Greek.

We are seeking a proactive Client Services Officer (CSO) who is committed to serving clients and helping to fulfill our mission of empowering entrepreneurial minds to create long-term value. In this role, you will be a key link between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of client instructions while building strong relationships in a stimulating and dynamic work environment.Main tasks
- Bank and client-related administration, e.g:
- Transfers and payments
- foreign exchange transactions
- Monitoring and determination of bank deposits
- Processing of purchase and sale transactions
- Interact with customers to track open issues and escalate them to the Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) if necessary.
- Internal stakeholders, such as operations, compliance and offshore entities, as required for the completion of annual reviews and onboarding documents
- Where authorized by the fitness and suitability certificate, promotion, recommendation, and arrangement of banking and investment products and services
- Preparing documentary support on behalf of the CRO to ensure the timely completion of periodic audits and onboarding submissions
- Completion and processing of loan applications and reviews, as well as management of new loans from approval to disbursement
- Carrying out research work at the request of the CRO
- Acting as a contact person on behalf of the team for other departments within the bank (troubleshooting queries, etc.)
- Compliance with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (e.g. cross-border services, anti-money laundering, clear desk policy, absence management)
Requirements
Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role in private banking or financial services
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS)
Technical skills
- Familiarity with standard IT systems; ability to learn new software quickly
Qualifications
- AID Level 4 required
- Greek language (mandatory)
