Client360 Product Manager

UBS is looking for a Client360 Product Manager who has experience in product management and data analysis and works at the intersection of product, data, AI, and engineering to create intuitive and impactful experiences for sales teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and experience in the financial industry or another regulated environment.

Your role

UBS is looking for a Client360 Product Manager to: - Design AI-first products that deliver proactive insights, automation, and decision support directly into sales workflows - Treat client data as a product to ensure it is managed in a way that meets compliance and regulatory requirements and aligns with client needs - Think of CRM not just as a tool but as a solution, and identify opportunities to integrate manual steps and digitized efforts into Client360 ecosystems - Balance short-term wins with long-term foundations by making insights directly available within daily workflows

Your team

You will join the Client360 product team, which consists of: - Product managers, engineers, and designers - CRM, cloud, and data platform engineering teams focused on secure and compliant access to data - Governance, security, and risk teams - Executives in sales, Europe, and research The team focuses on using data and AI more intelligently to strengthen client relationships, increase productivity, and drive sustainable growth.

Your requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role - Experience in product management within the financial services sector or another regulated, data-intensive environment - Solid foundation in product management—roadmaps, discovery, agile delivery, and results-oriented prioritization - Strong data literacy, with the ability to think in terms of data models, understand data lineage, and manage datasets as core assets - Genuine interest in AI and analytics and their responsible application in a corporate setting, as well as the ability to collaborate with technical teams while communicating clearly with business leaders - A mindset that values controls, data privacy, and “secure by design” solutions - Experience with CRM or client data platforms and working with Power BI, analytics, or reporting platforms would be a plus - Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, data platforms) is highly desirable - An interest in UX and user research, with a desire to create intuitive, widely adopted products, and an awareness of desktop interoperability standards (e.g., OpenFin / FDC3)
