Cloud Data Engineer

Job description

Seeking a full-time Cloud Data Engineer (all genders).

Tasks

* Coordinating technical issues across projects, particularly regarding architecture, standards, costs, and quality

Requirements

• A degree or comparable training in computer science, software engineering, data/AI, or business informatics
• 2–5 years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally in the Microsoft Azure environment with a focus on MS Fabric and MS Dataverse
• Excellent knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and Python, as well as experience with cloud security and governance (e.g., Unity Catalog, Purview), DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code
• Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication skills, to introduce new ideas into the organization
