BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a candidate to assist with the management of foundations and family offices (all genders).

• You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed a business apprenticeship; a college degree is a plus.
• You have several years of experience in joint account management or client support in private banking and are familiar with the processes involved in serving this demanding client segment.
• You enjoy working with people and place a high value on quality, reliability, and professionalism.
• You are known for your high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills. You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your tasks.
• You have excellent communication skills, as well as excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.

We offer

• The minimum salary for this full-time position is €10,756.00 gross per month.
• Compensation is based on current market rates and takes into account your qualifications and experience.
• The position may also be filled on a part-time basis (19.25 hours) and is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for bank employees and bankers.
