Joint Management of Foundations & Family Offices (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a candidate to assist in managing foundations and family offices, handling organizational and administrative tasks as part of day-to-day operations. The position requires a completed business apprenticeship, experience in private banking, and strong communication and organizational skills.

What you bring to the table
- You have completed a business apprenticeship; a college degree is a plus.
- You have several years of experience in joint account management or client support in private banking and are familiar with the processes involved in serving this demanding client segment.
- You enjoy working with people and place a high value on quality, reliability, and professionalism.
- You are known for your high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills. You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your tasks.
- You have excellent communication skills, as well as excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
We offer
- The minimum salary for this full-time position is €3,710.56 gross per month.
- Compensation is based on current market rates and takes into account your qualifications and experience.
- The option to work part-time (19.25 hours) in this role.
