Joint Management of Foundations & Family Offices (all genders)

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the professional preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including the creation of presentations and investment proposals.
• You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• You have completed a business apprenticeship; a college degree is a plus.
• You have several years of experience in joint account management or client support in private banking and are familiar with the processes involved in serving this demanding client segment.
• You must have a good command of written and spoken German (at least C1).
• You enjoy working with people and place a high value on quality, reliability, and professionalism.
• They are known for their high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• You work independently, in an organized manner, and take responsibility for your own work.
• You have strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English.

• Fair compensation in line with market rates.
• The minimum salary for this full-time position is €3,710.56 gross per month.
• This position can also be arranged on a part-time basis (19.25 hours).
