Co-Manager for Foundations & Family Offices (all genders) – Full-time or Part-time

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the professional preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including the creation of presentations and analyses.
• You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• You have completed a business apprenticeship; a college degree is a plus.
• You have several years of experience in joint account management or as an assistant in the private banking client segment.
• We require excellent written and spoken German skills (at least C1) due to the nature of our corporate clientele in the DACH region.
• Strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in German, as well as good proficiency in English (spoken and written), are required.
• We place a special emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer focus—you can bring your extensive organizational experience from previous positions to this role.

• The employment relationship is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for bank employees, which sets the minimum salary at 3,710.56 EUR gross per year.
