Collaborateur-trice dans le secteur de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme (h/f/d)

Tasks

  • Ensure the centralized, coherent and compliant implementation of internal and external regulatory requirements in the fight against the laundering of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism.
  • Développer et optimiser les mesures existantes en coordination avec les fonctions d'inspection digitales et centrales, dans une logique d'amélioration continue.
  • Conceive an innovative and focused approach to quality and service for the management of LBA risks at Group level, based on the Three Lines of Defense model.
  • Act as a key interlocutor for internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to the definition and implementation of regulatory solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced training in banking and/or business economics, with solid knowledge of the Swiss banking sector.
  • Experience confirmed in the domains of the LBA, the obligations of diligence according to the CDB, and knowledge of the applicable regulations.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and quality-oriented work method, with a strong analytical and communication and presentation skills.
  • Aisance aisance avec les outils informatiques, notamment dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de solutions réglementaires.
  • Personnalité proactive, engagée, dotée d'un excellent esprit d'analyse, de compétences en résolution de problèmes et d'une organization irréprochable.
