Job description: Collaborateur-trice exploitation des bâtiments
Tasks
- Autonomous maintenance of the buildings, both at the head office and in the various branches
- Monitoring and tracking work in the stores
- Preparation of preliminary projects, informing technical offices and monitoring the realization of works
- Updating the technical dossiers of the buildings
- Carrying out transportation and selective journeys
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems
- Management of administrative tasks in connection with the activity
Requirements
- Apprenticeship in civil engineering, electrical engineering or technology (CFC)
- Experience in the maintenance of buildings and technical systems
- Availability of your own vehicle
- Possession of a forklift driver's license and a category B driver's license
- Rigorous and quality-oriented way of working
- Autonomous and independent working with initiative
- Team orientation and adaptability to change
