Job description

We are looking for a Collaborateur-trice Opérations marchés (80-100%) for our Back-office marchés team in Colombier.

Main tasks

• Management of derivative products.
• Actively process all tax related requests (ordering, canceling tax returns, reinstating CDI).
• Answering questions from internal customers and external partners while maintaining the confidentiality of the information received.
• Reporting incidents related to banking applications and performing tests on new versions of these applications (release) to ensure excellent service.

Professional skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Sensitivity to market activities and understanding in the context of investigations.
• Excellent English language skills (at least B2 level).
• Computer skills with mastery of specific applications for the profession (core banking, PMS, administrative tools).
