Operations Collaborator - Controlling Unit
Banque de proximité (BCN) is looking for a Collaborateur-trice Opérations - Unité Controlling to support controlling activities and monitor processes and rules within the bank. The successful candidate should have experience in risk management and a good knowledge of IT tools, as well as strong analytical skills.
Vos missions principales
- Perform control activities with our dedicated tool.
- Investigate and resolve issues with processes and rules Private Sector Business Sector BCN e-services front office.
- Monitor the impact of releases on the structure of the control tool and adjust as necessary.
- Develop and maintain the tools available in the controlling unit.
- Interact with internal and external customers according to requests received.
Votre profil
- Vocational baccalaureate in commerce obtained in Switzerland
- Proven experience in a risk control role (banking or other)
Your professional skills
- Excellent command of computer tools
- Native French speaker, German and/or English is a strong asset (minimum B1 level)
