Job description
The position of HR Associate involves the following responsibilities:- Administrative tasks (data entry, tracking, filing, archiving, etc.)
- Help oversee employee training and skill development
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position:- Commercial Employee Certificate (CFC) with a vocational baccalaureate or a high school diploma
- The HR Manager Certification is a valuable asset
- Proven experience in HR administration and the management of Swiss payroll and social insurance
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Organization, discipline, and prioritization
- Excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal skills
