Banque Cantonale du Jura is seeking an HR Associate who will be responsible for administrative management, supporting employee training and development, and the continuous improvement of HR processes. The position is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2026.

Job description

The position of HR Associate involves the following responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks (data entry, tracking, filing, archiving, etc.)
  • Help oversee employee training and skill development
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:
  • Commercial Employee Certificate (CFC) with a vocational baccalaureate or a high school diploma
  • The HR Manager Certification is a valuable asset
  • Proven experience in HR administration and the management of Swiss payroll and social insurance
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
  • Organization, discipline, and prioritization
  • Excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal skills
