Tasks

• Travailler activement sur toutes les demandes liées à la fiscalité (comptabilité, révocation relevés fiscaux, récupération CDI).
• Répondre aux questions des clients internes et des différents partenaires externes, tout en assurant un sens aigu de la confidentialité des informations reçues.
• Analyze the incidents related to banking applications and perform the tests during new releases in order to guarantee a service of excellence required in this profession.

Requirements

Professional skills

• Titulaire d'un Bachelor en économie d'entreprise ou formation jugée équivalente.
• Une expérience confirmée d'au moins 2 ans dans une fonction similaire est obligatoire.
• Sensitivity to market activities and understanding within the framework of the investigation.
• Excellentes connaissances en anglais (niveau B2 minimum) requises pour la fonction.
• Aisance informatique avec maîtrise des applications spécifiques au métier (Core banking, PMS, outils de gestion).
