Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise (BCN) is looking for a Collaborateur-trice Opérations marchés (80-100%) for its Back-office marchés unit in Colombier, who will be responsible for the management of derivative products, the processing of tax inquiries and the communication with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and an excellent command of English.

Main tasks
- Management of derivative products
- Active processing of tax-related inquiries (ordering, revocation of tax documents, restoration of CDI)
- Answering questions from internal customers and external partners while maintaining confidentiality
- Reporting incidents in connection with banking applications and carrying out tests for new applications (releases)
Requirements
Professional skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of market activities and research
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Computer skills with mastery of specific applications (core banking, PMS, administration tools)
