Collaboration Cloud Engineer
As a Collaboration Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and developing communication and collaboration solutions, particularly in the area of Microsoft 365. You will develop, test, and implement solutions, migrate on-premises systems to the cloud, and optimize processes and user experiences.
Job description
The role
- Development, testing and implementation of M365 solutions (MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive etc.) based on business requirements
- Migration from on-premise systems to the cloud
- Creating specifications and concepts with the direct involvement of all stakeholders involved
- Analyzing and rectifying faults, including ensuring efficient and sustainable problem solving
- also performing OS and software updates
- Collaboration with business and IT departments as well as external service providers
- Continuous improvement of processes and user experience
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and user manuals
What we wish for
- Completed training in the field of IT (HF/FH) or comparable qualifications
- Proven experience with cloud-based solutions
- Experience and enjoyment in automation with PowerShell, SQL, and other languages
- Analytical mindset, personal responsibility, and good knowledge of English
