Collection Specialist

Tasks

- You will handle the entire debt collection process from start to finish—from identifying customers who need reminders early on, to initiating appropriate measures, all the way through to initiating legal proceedings - You will engage in discussions with customers and partners, seek fair solutions, and find sustainable ways to secure payment (developing payment proposals, negotiating installment agreements, evaluating restructuring and settlement options) - You will work closely with our colleagues in Sales, Risk, and Accounting to find efficient, customer-oriented solutions or avoid legal disputes - You will maintain an overview (of receivables and payments) and contribute to achieving our financial goals - You will actively participate in projects to further develop and digitize our processes
