Collection Specialist

Arval Switzerland is seeking a Collection / Debt Collection Specialist (80–100%) for its Finance Team in Rotkreuz, offering an annual salary of CHF 62,000–65,000 and a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of debt collection and customer relations. Tasks

You will handle the entire debt collection process from start to finish—from identifying customers who need reminders at an early stage, to taking appropriate action, all the way through to debt enforcement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engage in discussions with customers and partners to find fair solutions and establish sustainable payment arrangements (develop payment proposals, negotiate installment plans, and evaluate debt restructuring and deferral options)
  • Work closely with our colleagues in Sales, Risk, and Accounting, but also independently analyze the current status of client relationships or legal disputes
  • Keep track of accounts receivable, analyze key metrics, and help us achieve our financial goals
  • Actively participate in projects to further develop and digitize our processes
